Meet Cindy

I lead with a commitment to excellence and daily prioritization. I help others recognize talents, personally thrive, and build unified teams.

I’m energized and fulfilled when I can assist someone else. I don’t believe God brings us through life issues or teaches us for just our own benefit, but to help others. I love watching people grow in all areas of their lives.

For the last 35 years, I’ve been assisting others, as I’ve worked or served in various roles:

  • The business world – 17 years – financial decisions as a Loan Officer

  • Ministry – 17 years

  • Care & Groups Pastor – 7+ years

  • Pastoral Counseling

  • Leadership development

  • Discipleship

  • Mentoring

  • Women Events coordinator

  • Leadership events coordinator

  • Speaker at various events

  • MOPS Mentor Mom

I have a deep passion to help others identify who they are, discover their talents, and become their truest self. It is a privilege to do this through leadership coaching, workshops, and speaking.

Cindy’s Story

My husband Brian and I have 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren. Family is a top priority for me, therefore, I love any opportunity made available to spend time with them. There’s always someone or something to celebrate! In my spare time, I love exploring new places with my husband, playing with our dog, and creating beauty with flowers and plants.

I grew up on a farm in Tipton County, Indiana, and enjoyed the many things offered by this type of upbringing. My love of flowers, gardening, and watching things grow started with my exposure to the farm, as a young girl. My grandmas were an integral part of my life. They both taught me so many life skills. I always felt so blessed with my grandmas having such diverse interests, talents, and gifts. They were able to show me how building a relationship comes from first spending time together.

As a young adult, I was drawn to the financial area of business. I worked in the financial world for 17 years helping people. I always enjoyed developing a relationship with my customers and seeing them as a new friend. I enjoyed the trust that was established, as we looked to what their best situation might be.

My spiritual journey – As a child, I learned about Jesus and accepted him to be my savior. My relationship with God has continued to grow over the years. My whole heart and devotion to Him were solidified after a major event took place in my life, the loss of my son.

My life took a sharp turn after the loss of my oldest son in 2002. At that time, I made a change from the business world and pursued a new path. In 2003, I answered a call to ministry to women a, which later expanded into other areas in ministry. I have spent the last 18 years of my life helping and ministering to others.

My faith and the story God has allowed me to live is what drives me to help others. I want others to know who they are and live a purposeful life.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

“Before this workshop, I had believed that the way I interacted with my world was less than satisfactory. But now I see that my “quirks” are, in reality, talents – strengths – which are innate giftings that I can share with others. Thank you, Cindy Lundin, for guiding us through this amazing adventure!”
